Volunteer Orientation
Tuesday, June 7th
5:45pm - 7:30pm for 1st time VBS volunteers
Returning volunteers should attend from 6:30 - 7:30pm
Please be sure to bring your completed volunteer application and code of conduct to the meeting.
Summer Volunteer Meetings
All will be from 6:30 - 7:30pm
(please note updated end time for meetings)

VBS Set Up - Sunday, July 31 from 2pm - 5pm
All meetings will be held at Our Lady of Grace.
All volunteer paperwork must be submitted by June 26th.
Adult forms can be turned in to Sarah Stygles, VBS Director
Youth forms can be turned in to Caitie Lashbrooks, Youth Coordinator
Please note - volunteers will not be assigned to roles until all paperwork is received. Roles are filled first-come, first-serve.
